We, The Jewish People, Our Lives, Our Condition, The Jewish Nation, Our Homeland Israel, has never been stronger. Politicians and the media waste their energy on fools protending to be leaders, proclaiming the world's end, especially Israel's, is near. We are fearless!
Only 65 years ago, Jews were brought to their deaths like sheep to slaughter. NO Nation! NO Rights! We were literally herded like millions of sheep into the slaughter-house, with manical butchers waiting, hungry, blood-thristy for Our necks, and every thing else including Our Kinder. Only 60 years ago, seven Arab countries declared war on tiny Israel, The Jewish State, just a few hours after Our Homeland was reborn.
We were 650,000 Jews, inadequately armed, battling an enormous Arab world. NO Army! NO Air Force! No Navy! We were a small group of determined Jews that knew the importance of bringing The Jewish Nation home. Yes, seven countries: Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Transjordan, Egypt, Libya, and Saudi Arabia, all attacked Our Jewish Homeland at once. But at last: Israel was reborn!
The Land that the United Nations "gave" Us was 65% desert. We rebuilt Israel with grit and will-power. Just 41 years ago, We fought three of the strongest countries in the Middle East, and We defeated them in Six Days. Over these years, We fought different coalitions of Arab countries with modern armies and with huge amounts of Russian-Soviet ammunition, and We still won. Today, We have a beautiful, thriving country with an abundance of forests, a powerful Army, a strong Air Force, a great Navy with a proficiently-sophisticated, high tech industry.
Intel, Microsoft, and IBM have all developed their businesses here. Jewish doctors and scientists have won world recognition for vital research and development that heals our global community. We have turned Our Barren Desert into A Prosperous Land. From Our Land, We provide the world with fruits, wines, flowers, minerals, vegetables and so much more.
We have launched satellites into space! Three satellites at once! Our Jewish Nation is in excellent company; together with America (280 million residents), Russia (220 million residents), China (1.3 billion residents) and France, England and Germany (35 million residents). Israel is the only country in this part of the world that explores the cosmos. And Israel today is one of the few countries that has fully-developed nuclear technology & capabilities. To comprehend that only 65 years ago, The Jewish Nation was homeless and hopeless is simply mind boggling. We crawled out from the burning crematoriums of Europe, and scrambled away from the brutality of Asian and African despots, and today - We are A Powerful Nation in Our Legendary Land. Can Hamas, Hezbollah or any one catastrophe stop Us? We are fearless!
As We celebrate Passover, Holocaust Memorial Day and Israel's Independence, We must honor Our People and freedom; and understand the magnitude of what We have overcome: We have overcome The Pharaohs, We have overcome The Greeks, We have overcome The Romans, We have overcome The Spanish Inquisition, We have overcome The Pogroms of Eastern Europe, We have overcome The Ottoman Empire, We have overcome The Holocaust of Hitler's Germany, We have overcome The British Blockade of Our Homeland, We have overcome Despots throughout Latin America, the Mideast, Far East and Africa, and We have overcome The Armies of Seven Countries. Relax Amigos! We shall overcome all those that call themselves enemies. Don't disquiet your mind with the destruction and harm that fell upon The Jewish People, and The Jewish Nation - We have overcome.
Lift up your soul and speak to the heavens: We have overcome! We are An Eternal Nation! While the cultures of Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome have vanished with time, We, The Ancient Hebrews, the Bible Nation from slavery in Egypt, are still speaking Hebrew. Perhaps some Arab folk and others are imperfect in their knowledge of Our history and destiny - let them know: Hear oh Israel, loud and clear, We are An Eternal Nation! We must not fear their criminality, we see, yes we see perfectly: Our Jewish Land and People, Our strong democracy, Our disciplined judiciary, Our universal health care system, Our laws against intolerance, hatred and discrimination, Our advancements in low carbon energy, Our business savvy, Our environmental protections, Our festivals, Our dancing, Our singing, Our museums, Our artistry, Our food, Our films, Our literature, Our vibrant culture from every corner of the Earth, Our unique separation of secular and religious life...
We, The Jewish People, descendants of The Ancient Hebrews, continue to build An Eternal People. Yes, at times, the high moral code that guides Our Jewish Nation seems dubious, slavery, the holocaust and suicide bombings have brought out the worst instincts in the best of Our People. We are still learning, changing, growing, and tending to Our Promise to be a light in the darkness. It is Our Promise, to be a light in the darkness, light is Our hope for all life. We are An Eternal Force! We have brought image and form to what we all call one G-d, Our Eternal Spirit. We are An Eternal Nation minding Our Jewish Promise for eternity. What an honor to say: WE ARE JEWS!

Just as all peoples, it's important to remember our struggles, and see how far we've come! A nation of peoples scattered all over the world has its own home, and a thriving one at that. Be proud of the work of ourselves and our ancestors, and of course, our future generations. Always looking back, at the present, and forwards into the future!
