The western Tofu is amazing! I enjoyed a spa tofu salad which essentially is the western tofu shredded up YUMMY!!!!!! Everything I have eaten at chow is superb along with the folks serving it who are very professional and thoughtful to the guests and the food. I am grateful that there is such a jewel on Sullivan and i am sure many agree. I will be going again and again.... though I am a vegan chef myself it is great to be able to go where responsibility is in order and that a low carbon footprint is a big part of the mission thank you Cliff and all of the staff.

If i could I would go to CHOW at least once a week...... there is something so special about the vibe and the food is so worth the trip.... will be coming to eat soon. cant get that sinner bar out of my head.... chef Laura
