yummy tempeh sweet potato hash

Hi,

I was in Sacred Chow this past weekend on a visit. I always try to get by there to eat when I visit the city - and the food is always delicious. This time I had the absolutely yummy tempeh sweet potato hash off of your brunch menu..WOW..it is the best I have ever had. I live in Atlanta and only get up to NYC about twice a year. I'm sure you won't divulge your recipes but I was wondering if you could guide me on what spices you use or any other tricks that I could use to make that at home?
