More hand made seitan. This is a video of Boss Man basting the seitan. Here's a picture.
Boss man made the seitan from scratch, then stuffed it with an apple-pecan filling. Then, he called me over to truss it up nice and neat. Then we streeeeeeetched it to get to the proper length (so that it's not too thick). Finally, it went into the oven. It's a fair bit of work, but it's worth it for the payoff.

We also have pie.
First one is a pumpkin galette with hazelnut liquer.
Pie number two is pecan.
Although they won't help you find the circumfrence of a circle, they'll be delicious.
